Stock delivery service

Yarn service：we usually ship out the same day, as long as the color you choose is from the sketchbook and you tell us the color you need before 16:00 on weekdays.

Ready-to-wear service：For faster service, as long as your order is placed before 16;00 every weekday, express shipments will be sent out the same day.

Delivery method

Standard delivery service will be provided by S.F. and China Unicom for items purchased from Huajia Na Cashmere, and all orders will be shipped free of charge.

Return Policy

Huajia Na Cashmere supports 14-day no-questions-asked returns from the date of dispatch. As long as the goods remain unwashed or unworn, with full tags and wash marks, and without defects, with the customer bearing the costs incurred for non-quality issues.
